Matt Johnston has over 25 years of international coaching experience, working with junior and adult players across all levels. A former nationally ranked junior in Australia, he earned a college scholarship in the United States, where he achieved a top 10 national ranking in the NJCAA. He has held leadership roles in National Development Programmes and was a member of the Hong Kong Tennis Association’s coaching team, specialising in junior development. Matt’s expertise includes programme design, coach development, and high-performance training.
